Registration forms are provided as online forms and are submitted to the Institute electronically.

Registered teachers have access to the forms required to manage their registration via their MyVIT account.  To find a form please login to your MyVIT account.

The permission to teach form is only available as a paper-based form.  Select the link below to open or save a screen writable version of this form.  The completed form cannot be submitted electronically and must be sent by mail to the Institute.
