What is renewal of registration?
To maintain your registration, you need to renew it on a regular basis. This is an online process where you confirm that you have met standards of professional practice and continue to be suitable to teach.
How do I do it?
If you are due to renew your registration, you will be informed by the Institute when you receive your annual invoice. You can then complete your renewal online in your MyVIT account. You’ll be asked to confirm your details and make declarations about your currency of professional practice and knowledge and your continuing suitability to be a teacher. If you don’t already have a MyVIT account, we’ll send you information when it is time for you to renew your registration, with simple instructions about how to set up your MyVIT account.
