Group Manager in the Inquiries and Litigation

The Victorian Institute of Teaching is seeking to appoint an experienced legal professional to the role of Group Manager in the Inquiries and Litigation. This role will be pivotal in leading the Inquiries and Litigation Branch, including managing investigations and suspensions of registration and over sighting all VCAT applications. The role will provide secretariat support and advice, as well as advising the CEO and Board on Branch activities and matters of public and policy interest. The position leads a small team of litigation officers, legal officers, investigations officers and administrative staff.
