Non-practising teachers cannot be employed / engaged as a teacher in any Victorian school or early childhood service.

If a person with non-practising registration wishes to undertake the duties of a teacher or early childhood teacher, they must successfully make an application to return to teach via their MyVIT account before they can teach.
