Director Conduct and Compliance

As an experienced senior leader, you will have sound and practical knowledge of current risk-based regulatory practices, particularly as they relate to investigations, education and compliance, administrative law and the conduct of disciplinary proceedings. You will have experience working with a multidisciplinary team of technical specialists, including investigators, compliance officers and lawyers, and ideally a passion for child safety and experience working with the education sector.

You will have strong strategic management, influencing and negotiation skills combined with a highly organised approach and a proven track record in delivering quality outcomes which are in line with strategic plans and organisational objectives. You will be a resilient and flexible leader who employs inclusive management practices and is capable of driving a strong culture of performance in a complex and high-pressure regulatory environment. In addition to this, as the successful candidate, you will desirably have a tertiary qualification in law, and must have senior management experience in at least two of the following areas:

  • investigations;
  • education and compliance; and / or
  • disciplinary/administrative law.

Director Teacher Engagement and Registration 

As an experienced senior leader with extensive subject matter expertise in leading and managing a licensing / registration and customer service / engagement functions, you will have a proven track record of cultivating a strong and positive workplace and performance culture across teams. 

You will have experience working with a multidisciplinary team of technical specialists and a passion for child safety and experience working with the education sector.

You will possess strong stakeholder engagement skills, a proven ability to communicate complex concepts and issues at the highest levels within Government, and a proven track record in delivering quality outcomes which are in line with strategic plans and organisational objectives.

You will be a resilient and flexible leader, who expertly manages change and risk and is capable of driving a strong culture of performance in a complex and high-pressure regulatory environment. In addition to this, as the successful candidate, you will desirably have a tertiary qualification in public administration or management and must have senior management experience in leading the delivery of risk-based frameworks in registration / licensing in a regulatory environment.

Director Shared Services

As an experienced senior leader with extensive subject matter expertise in leading and managing  daily delivery of business functions, you will have a proven track record of cultivating a strong and positive workplace and performance culture across teams. 

You will have experience working with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, a passion for child safety and experience working in change management.

You will possess strong stakeholder engagement skills, a proven ability to communicate complex concepts and issues, and a proven track record in delivering quality outcomes which are in line with strategic plans and organisational objectives.

You will be a resilient and flexible leader, who expertly manages change, and is capable of driving a strong culture of performance in a complex and high-pressure regulatory environment. In addition to this, as the successful candidate, you will have Intelligence Analysis and Reporting capability, and must have senior management experience in leading the Internal / External Audit and Risk frameworks.

Manager Business Systems 

As an experienced leader, you will have a background in a project management discipline as well as a high level of understanding of contemporary Customer Engagement (CEM) systems and experience in managing a cloud-based environment, preferably in current generation MS or Salesforce based environments).

You will have a proven track record of in leading ICT procurement projects, demonstrated expertise in managing outsourced relationships, and a deep knowledge infrastructure and software development projects.

You will have experience working with a team of technical specialists, as well as a strong ability to foster staff capability, positively influence organisational culture and manage change using inclusive practices.

You will have a proven track record of managing and reporting on the delivery of education and compliance programs, an ability to establish and drive a positive workplace culture, and a strong ability to contribute strategically to the development of business objectives.

You will have experience working with a team of technical specialists, as well as a strong ability to foster staff capability, positively influence organisational culture and manage change using inclusive practices.

You will be a future focussed leader with a strong organisational awareness, an ability to think strategically, and a proven ability to drive a strong culture of performance in a complex and high-pressure regulatory environment.
