If you are experiencing login difficulties, please complete the following steps
- If a blank page appears after entering your email address and password, please refresh the page. To refresh a page, press 'Ctrl' and 'F5' at the same time (Windows) or 'Cmd' and 'R' (Mac).
- An ‘Unable to authenticate with the external account provider’ error will appear.
- Click on the 'My Account' link at the top to return to the main page (even though the Sign In button is still displayed).
Why am I receiving a message that my email address / user ID is not valid?
You may be receiving a message that your email address or user ID is invalid because you are using a different email address, or attempting to log in to the incorrect portal.
If your registration number starts with a 6, please go to MyVIT Login, select ‘I have a current account’ and ‘My VIT registration number starts with a 6’. Please select 'Continue' on the 'I'm a Teacher, or seeking to register as a Teacher' section. Your username is the email address you set up your MyVIT account with. This may be your university email address. If you cannot remember your password, and do not have access to the email address you set up your account with, please contact us.
