The Australian Institute of Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL) has launched the Thrive in 2025 campaign to welcome new and existing teachers, early childhood teachers, school leaders and principals to the new year.

AITSL acknowledges that ‘Thrive’ means different things to everyone, but some key characteristics of thriving at work include: growth and development, connection to people and purpose, and a sense of agency. From building your high-quality professional learning plan, to supporting beginning teachers, or strengthening the cultural responsiveness in your educational setting, there are many ways to thrive in your teaching practice.

The campaign includes a range of curated evidence-based resources to help you achieve your professional development goals and get the support you need. This includes
