Victorian Teachers’ Games 2023
The Victorian Teachers’ Games (VTG) are back! VTG 2023 will take place from Saturday 17 to Wednesday 20 September 2023, in the Latrobe City Council region of Victoria. For the first time in over a decade, the Latrobe City Council has secured the right to host, bringing thousands of educators to Gippsland and surrounds.
The VTG is a multi-day, multi-sport event that gives education professionals a chance to participate and connect through sport, recreation, wellness and social events.
The unique event draws more than 2,200 attendees each year. With options to participate as an individual, or as part of a team, the VTG has a range of low and high intensity events over the four days.
The Victorian Institute of Teaching wishes all registered teachers the best of luck competing in the games this year.
With three theme nights, you’ll have a chance to frock up as your favourite movie star, dress as something memorable from the year you were born and showcase the colours of the rainbow. The social events are often the highlight of the VTG calendar, so be sure to make the most of what’s on offer.
