Error message: "Payment unsuccessful. Your application has been saved as a draft. Please try resubmitting through a different browser. We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome."
This error can occur for two reasons
- an unsupported browser is being used - to fix this error, please login to your MyVIT account using the latest version of Google Chrome.
- the volume of payments being attempted at that moment via the Westpac payment gateway is too high for your payment to get through - please try again later (note: the payment has not been deducted from your account) or contact Westpac.
