A message from VIT

The VIT pays tribute to Victorian principals in honor of 2023 Principals’ Day.

“Today, above all else, is an opportunity to say thank you.

As Victorian principals, you play a huge role in our education system ranking among some of the best in the world.

Your leadership, both in your schools and communities, not only ensures the best outcomes for learners and their families but provides teachers and staff safe and supportive work environments. It is in these environments that we see teachers of all ages and backgrounds become empowered to learn, prosper and strive for better results for their students.

We also acknowledge the great responsibility placed on Victorian principals. Your diligence and commitment to education are honorable and indispensable.

Thank you for your commitment to education, and for playing a role in shaping a brighter future for learners and teachers in Victoria.”
