We remain focused on assisting Victorian teachers, early childhood teachers and their employers as we move through the challenging months ahead. As such, we are endeavouring to minimise the impacts of COVID-19 on teachers' registration requirements where possible.
As part of the Victorian government’s special needs plan, registered teachers are now required to undertake professional development (PD) activities to develop their capability to teacher learners with disability (special needs).
Our Professional Practice team has a significant focus on building strong relationships with all stakeholders in the education space. The team is committed to educating teachers and the community about teaching quality by showcasing best practice in Victorian schools and early childhood services.
We look forward to having all graduate teachers registered for the start of the school year. We are currently processing all the information supplied by education providers including the new Literacy and Numeracy Test results.
