Early career workshops to help you thrive in early childhood education

Starting your teaching career, or returning to the teaching profession, can be both exciting and challenging.

The Victorian Early Childhood Early Career Supports (VECECS) program offers practical support to help you build confidence, strengthen your skills and grow your professional identity.

Designed for early career and returning early childhood teachers and educators working in Victorian services that deliver funded kindergarten programs, VECECS offers conferences, workshops and coaching to help you thrive in the sector.

Build your skills and confidence

VECECS Early Career Workshops combine self-paced online learning with facilitated half-day online sessions.

Topics include:

  • professional identity
  • navigating challenging conversations
  • leading reflective discussions with colleagues
