On Friday 7 August, we join schools across Victoria in celebrating Principals’ Day and recognising the important contribution principals and assistant principals make to their school communities every day.
Led by the Victorian Principals Association, Principals’ Day is an opportunity to acknowledge the leadership, dedication and care that principals bring to their role. Through their work, they support students, guide staff and help create positive learning environments where everyone can thrive.
This Principals’ Day, consider taking a moment to show your appreciation. Whether it’s a morning tea, a message from students, a thank you card or a special acknowledgement at a school assembly, every gesture helps recognise the difference principals make.
Together, let’s celebrate the principals and assistant principals whose leadership strengthens schools, supports teachers and helps Victorian learners succeed.
